# The top 50 listed real estate companies in 2025 have been announced, with CHINA RES LAND ranking first and Huafa Properties entering the top 10

On May 22, guided by the China Real Estate Association and hosted by the Shanghai E-House Real Estate Research Institute and CRIC, the "2025 Real Estate Listed Company Evaluation Research" released its research results, including the "2025 Real Estate Listed Company Evaluation Research Report" and the top 50 comprehensive strength of real estate listed companies in 2025, as well as the rankings in specific subfields. The rankings show changes in the top 10 listed real estate companies, with a turnover rate of 10%. Among them, China Resources Land, Poly Developments, and CHINA OVERSEAS maintained the top three positions; Cmsc, Longfor Group, Greentown China, Vanke A, Yuexiu Property, Huafa Properties, and New World Development ranked fourth to tenth. Huafa Properties entered the top 10 for 2025. The turnover rate for the top 50 listed real estate companies was 6%, a decrease of 6 percentage points from the previous year. Three new companies entered the rankings: Kerry Properties, Wharf Holdings, and Shanghai Lingang
