# XIHARI: Shareholder Fengying Anchuan's shareholding ratio decreased from 14.81% to 13.70%

XIHARI announced that shareholder Fengying Anchuan will reduce its holdings of the company's shares by 66,666 shares through centralized bidding transactions from May 6, 2025, to May 21, 2025, accounting for 0.02% of the company's total share capital, and will reduce its holdings by 3.464 million shares through block trading, accounting for 1.09% of the company's total share capital, with the shareholding ratio decreasing from 14.81% to 13.70%. This equity change is part of the share reduction plan previously disclosed by the shareholder holding more than 5%, does not trigger a mandatory takeover offer, and will not result in a change in the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller
