ZJB announced that the company will suspend the conversion of Ziyin Convertible Bonds from May 28, 2025, until the equity distribution record date, and will resume conversion on the first trading day after the record date. The annual equity distribution plan for 2024 is to distribute a cash dividend of 1 yuan for every 10 shares, of which a cash dividend of 0.5 yuan has been distributed in the 2024 interim period, and an additional cash dividend of 0.5 yuan is proposed to be distributed this time.
