# SOLEX: The conversion price of the SOLEX convertible bond is adjusted to RMB 15.41 per share

According to the announcement from SOLEX (603992.SH), due to the implementation of equity distribution, the adjusted conversion price of SOLEX convertible bonds is set at RMB 15.41 per share. The adjusted conversion price will take effect from May 30, 2025 (ex-dividend date). The conversion of SOLEX convertible bonds will be suspended from May 22, 2025, to May 29, 2025 (equity distribution registration date), and will resume on May 30, 2025 (ex-dividend date)
