# STEC: The controlling shareholder has cumulatively increased its holdings by 21.8283 million shares

STEC announced that its controlling shareholder, Shanghai Urban Construction Group Co., Ltd., will increase its holdings of A-shares by a total of 21,828,300 shares through the Shanghai Stock Exchange system via centralized bidding from May 16, 2025, to May 22, 2025, accounting for 0.6943% of the company's total share capital, with an increase amounting to RMB 132 million. The funding source for the increase plan will be the self-owned funds and self-raised funds of the Urban Construction Group, among which the self-raised funds will be a loan of no more than RMB 450 million proposed by Industrial and Commercial Bank of China
