# Daqian: Xinhua Distribution Group and Wang Zheng'an plan to collectively reduce their holdings by no more than 3.3%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Daqian (603955.SH) announced that, due to its own funding needs, Xinhua Publishing Group plans to reduce its holdings in the company by no more than 4.0716 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading, accounting for no more than 3% of the company's total share capital.

The company's Deputy General Manager Wang Zheng'an plans to reduce his holdings in the company by no more than 410,800 shares through centralized bidding, accounting for no more than 25% of his total shareholdings and no more than 0.3027% of the company's total share capital
