# GreatStar's two executives plan to reduce their holdings by a total of no more than 338,300 shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, GreatStar (002444.SZ) announced that the company's Vice President Mr. Li Feng plans to reduce his holdings in the company by no more than 213,300 shares (accounting for 0.02% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement.

The company's Vice President and Board Secretary Mr. Zhou Siyuan plans to reduce his holdings in the company by no more than 125,000 shares (accounting for 0.01% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement
