# JOUDER PRECISION shareholder BEEANTAH plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 0.68%

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, JOUDER PRECISION (300549.SZ) announced that shareholder BEEANTAH INDUSTRIAL (M) SDN. BHD. (hereinafter referred to as "BEEANTAH") plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 908,900 shares (accounting for 0.68% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement (i.e., from June 16, 2025, to September 15, 2025)
