According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Ningbo Haihui Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. was established, with Xu Linbo as the legal representative and a registered capital of 5 million yuan. The business scope includes: sales of metal cutting machine tools; sales of machine tool functional components and accessories; general equipment repair, etc. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is wholly owned by NHPM
