On May 23rd, Yongan Futures announced that Lü Xianying applied to resign from the position of Chief Risk Officer due to work adjustments. After resigning, she will continue to serve as a member of the company's Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission. According to the Company Law, Articles of Association, and relevant regulations, Lü Xianying has no outstanding public commitments, and her resignation will not affect the normal operation of the company. Lü Xianying will continue to perform the duties of Chief Risk Officer until a new Chief Risk Officer is appointed
