# R&Y plans to acquire the remaining 20% equity of its subsidiary Huichang Sensor for no more than RMB 63.7264 million

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, R&Y (603286.SH) announced that the company plans to use its own funds or self-raised funds to acquire a total of 20% equity in Changzhou Huichang Sensor Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Huichang Sensor") held by Zhou Huiming and Changzhou Yingsheng Industrial Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Yingsheng Investment") for an amount not exceeding (including the amount) CNY 63.7264 million. Upon completion of this acquisition, Huichang Sensor will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, and the scope of the company's consolidated financial statements will remain unchanged.

This acquisition is aimed at better achieving the company's strategic development goals, further integrating resource advantages in finance, market, production, and other aspects, improving the decision-making efficiency of the company towards its subsidiaries, and reducing management costs and controlling risks
