Actionpower announced that Shenzhen Dacheng Chuangtong Equity Investment Enterprise and its concerted parties, Shenzhen Dacheng Chuanghong Private Equity Investment Enterprise, will reduce their holdings in the company by a total of 1,151,800 shares, accounting for 1.00% of the company's total share capital, through block trades and centralized bidding from May 6 to May 23, 2025. After the reduction, the shareholding ratio will decrease from 7.00% to 6.00%. This reduction complies with relevant laws and regulations and the previously disclosed reduction plan of the company, and it does not affect the change of the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller
