# Zhejiang Yunzhongma plans to raise no more than 640 million yuan through a private placement

According to the announcement from Yunzhongma (603130.SH), the company plans to issue A-shares to specific targets, raising a total of no more than 640 million yuan. After deducting issuance costs, all funds will be used for the annual production of 135,000 tons of DTY yarn and a project for 120,000 tons of high-performance leather base fabric
