# HUALAN NPM plans to establish a joint venture company to operate products such as Tibetan medicinal baths and plasters

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, HUALAN NPM (301093.SZ) announced that the company recently signed a "Shareholders Agreement" with Ms. Dan Yexing. HUALAN NPM will establish a joint venture (hereinafter referred to as the "joint venture" or "company") with Ms. Dan Yexing, with the main business scope of the joint venture being the research and development, production, and sales of products such as Tibetan medicinal baths and plasters (specifics are subject to the business license obtained after the establishment of the company). The registered capital of the joint venture is RMB 7 million, and HUALAN NPM will contribute RMB 4.298 million from its own funds, accounting for 61.4% of the registered capital of the joint venture.

This external investment is necessary for the strategic layout and industrial development of HUALAN NPM, which is beneficial for developing new business growth points, expanding influence, and promoting the healthy development of HUALAN NPM
