# Chairman of GINWA, Xing Yajiang, received a notice of case filing from the China Securities Regulatory Commission

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, GINWA (600080.SH) announced that the company's chairman, Mr. Xing Yajiang, received a "Notice of Case Filing" (No. 0092025004) from the China Securities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as "CSRC") on May 23, 2025. This is due to suspected violations related to the disclosure of shareholding changes of GINWA Enterprise (Group) Co., Ltd. In accordance with the Securities Law of the People's Republic of China and the Administrative Penalty Law of the People's Republic of China, the CSRC has decided to file a case against the company's chairman, Mr. Xing Yajiang.

This case filing is solely against the chairman personally and will not affect the company's daily production and operational activities. Currently, the company's daily operations are running normally
