MAIXINLIN announced that shareholders Hangfei Investment and Hangmai Investment plan to transfer 3.7941 million shares through an inquiry-based transfer, accounting for 2.61% of the total share capital, due to their own funding needs. The controlling shareholder and actual controller Zhang Youzhi will not participate in this inquiry-based transfer. The lower limit of the transfer price shall not be less than 70% of the average price of the 20 trading days prior to the issuance of the subscription invitation letter.
