# FOCUS shareholder Zheng Chaoyang plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 3%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, FOCUS (301283.SZ) announced that shareholder Mr. Zheng Chaoyang plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 804,200 shares (i.e., no more than 1.00% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding trading within three months after 15 trading days from the announcement of this reduction plan. Additionally, he plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 1,608,400 shares (i.e., no more than 2.00% of the company's total share capital) through block trading within three months after three trading days from the announcement of this reduction plan, with a total reduction of no more than 2,412,500 shares (i.e., no more than 3.00% of the company's total share capital)
