According to the Zhitong Finance APP, YUANLI ACTIVE CARBON (300174.SZ) has released a draft of its 2025 employee stock ownership plan, which aims to raise a total of no more than 39.037 million yuan. The funding sources include employees' legal salaries, self-raised funds, and other legal and compliant methods. The duration of the employee stock ownership plan is 72 months, starting from the establishment date of the plan, and it will automatically terminate upon the expiration of this duration. The employee stock ownership plan will unlock 50% in two phases, with lock-up periods of 12 months and 60 months, respectively, starting from the date of the company's announcement of the last transfer of YUANLI stock to the employees' plan. The employee stock ownership plan will automatically terminate upon the expiration of this duration
