# Union Chem: The debugging of the Qichen Semiconductor production line, capacity release, and verification of the production base will still take some time

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Union Chem (301209.SZ) announced that the closing price of its stock has deviated by 202.59% over 27 consecutive trading days, which constitutes a severe abnormal fluctuation in stock trading. After the company’s self-examination and verification with its controlling shareholder and actual controller, as of the date of this announcement, there are no significant matters that should be disclosed but have not been disclosed, aside from those already disclosed.

Currently, Qichen Semiconductor New Materials (Panjin) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Qichen Semiconductor") has completed its business registration procedures and completed project filing registration on May 19, 2025. At present, Qichen Semiconductor is in the preliminary establishment stage, and it will take some time from trial production to large-scale production, including production line debugging, capacity release, and production base verification. Customer development will also require some time, and future market changes remain uncertain, which may lead to risks of project progress and benefits falling short of expectations
