# Freewon shareholder WINWIN intends to inquire about the transfer of 5% of its shares to provide financial assistance free of charge

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Freewon (688678.SH) has released a shareholder inquiry transfer plan, with WINWIN as the shareholder participating in the pre-IPO inquiry transfer. The total number of shares to be transferred by the transferor is 12.97 million shares, accounting for 5.00% of the company's total share capital.

The reason for this inquiry transfer is that the controlling shareholder is providing financial assistance to the company free of charge. The transferor WINWIN has committed to providing all funds obtained from this inquiry transfer, after deducting taxes and fees, to the company as financial assistance, with a validity period of no less than one year
