According to the Zhitong Finance APP, GRIPM (688456.SH) announced that its shareholder, Youyan Dingsheng, intends to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 1.03 million shares, accounting for no more than 1% of the company's total share capital, within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement
