# Xinyichang plans to grant 1.064 million restricted shares at a grant price of 28.03 yuan per share

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Xinyichang (688383.SH) has disclosed the draft of the 2025 restricted stock incentive plan, proposing to grant a total of 1,064,000 restricted stocks to 189 incentive recipients (with an initial grant of 851,200 restricted stocks and a reserved amount of 212,800 restricted stocks). The grant price for the restricted stocks is set at 28.03 yuan per share.

The validity period of this incentive plan is from the date of the first grant of restricted stocks until all granted restricted stocks are fully vested or become invalid, not exceeding 48 months
