According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SF GROUP (300817.SZ) announced that Mr. Shan Yayuan, the company's director and chief financial officer, plans to reduce his holdings of 800,000 shares of the company (accounting for 0.3665% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement
