According to the Zhitong Finance APP, STAR SHUAIER (002860.SZ) announced that the company's shareholder, Ms. Qian Ling, plans to reduce her holdings in the company by no more than 1.3 million shares (not exceeding 0.37% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding or block trading within three months after fifteen trading days from the date of this announcement
