# NORSYN director Wang Xiaojian plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 1.35%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, NORSYN (001231.SZ) announced that the company's director Wang Xiaojian plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 1.35 million shares (including this number) through centralized bidding and block trading from June 18, 2025, to September 15, 2025, which will not exceed 1.35% of the total shares of the company and 1.3532% of the total shares after excluding the shares held in the repurchase special account
