Shenwan Hongyuan: The development space for supply and demand of electricity in Xinjiang is broad, suggesting attention to TFNY
Shenwan Hongyuan released a research report stating that during the 14th Five-Year Plan period, the installed capacity of wind and solar power grew rapidly, coupled with the fact that there is still room for growth in thermal power generation units. It is expected that by the end of the 14th Five-Year Plan, Xinjiang's annual electricity generation is expected to reach 900 billion kilowatt-hours, with wind and solar power generation expected to reach 370 billion kilowatt-hours, and the proportion of new energy generation is expected to exceed 40%. With the development of industrial parks in Xinjiang and the migration of production capacity from other provinces, electricity consumption in Xinjiang is expected to maintain a high single-digit or double-digit growth rate during the 14th Five-Year Plan period. At the same time, with the completion and production of the Xinjiang electricity transmission channels, by 2030, the annual electricity transmission scale from Xinjiang is expected to reach 240 billion kilowatt-hours, nearly doubling compared to the end of 2024. The development space for electricity supply and demand in Xinjiang is broad, and it is recommended to pay attention to Tianfu Energy, which is deeply engaged in the electricity sector in Xinjiang
