# Bangyan Technology Ends Plan to Buy StarNet Xintong Tech

Bangyan Technology terminated plans to acquire Shenzhen StarNet Xintong Technology through share placement and cash, according to a Monday disclosure on the Shanghai bourse.

The Chinese communications equipment maker failed to reach a consensus with the other parties in the deal for the final cooperation plan, the disclosure said.

The company's shares closed less than 15% lower.
