ZMAX: The reduction plan for directors and senior management has expired without any reduction

ZMAX announced that the share reduction plan for the company's director, board secretary, and deputy general manager Zhang Jie, director Lu Gaofei, and director Jin Kaidong has expired on May 24, 2025. Before the implementation of the share reduction plan, Zhang Jie held 757,300 shares, accounting for 0.8606% of the total share capital; Lu Gaofei held 2,781,000 shares, accounting for 3.1603% of the total share capital; Jin Kaidong held 1,221,700 shares, accounting for 1.3883% of the total share capital. In the share reduction plan, Zhang Jie intended to reduce his holdings by no more than 189,200 shares, Lu Gaofei intended to reduce his holdings by no more than 695,300 shares, and Jin Kaidong intended to reduce his holdings by no more than 305,400 shares.
