According to the Zhitong Finance APP, BANGYAN TECHNOLOGY (688132.SH) announced that on May 26, 2025, the company received a letter from Mr. Zhu Guosheng, the company's controlling shareholder, actual controller, chairman, and general manager, proposing to repurchase the company's shares. The total amount of repurchase funds will not be less than RMB 30 million (inclusive) and not more than RMB 50 million (inclusive). The period for repurchasing shares is within 12 months from the date the board of directors approves this repurchase plan
