According to the announcement from Yongmaotai (605208.SH), within three months after the 15 trading days from the date of this announcement, Leichang Investment intends to use centralized bidding and block trading to acquire a total of no more than 6.9848 million shares, accounting for approximately 2.117% of the company's total share capital. Hongzhi Investment intends to use centralized bidding and block trading to acquire a total of no more than 1.7901 million shares, accounting for approximately 0.543% of the company's total share capital
