# ST INFUND HOLDING: Application to revoke delisting risk warning and other risk warnings is in the supplementary materials stage

\*ST INFUND HOLDING announced that the company has applied to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange for the removal of the delisting risk warning and other risk warning matters, which are currently in the supplementary materials stage. According to Article 9.1.12 of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listing Rules, the period for supplementary materials will not be counted in the timeframe for the Shenzhen Stock Exchange to make relevant decisions. The company will timely fulfill its information disclosure obligations based on the progress of this application. The company's application for the removal of the delisting risk warning and other risk warnings is still subject to review by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, and there is uncertainty regarding whether approval from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange can be obtained
