On May 26th, NKF announced that it plans to repurchase company shares through centralized bidding, with a total repurchase amount of no less than RMB 20 million and no more than RMB 40 million. The repurchase price will not exceed RMB 18.75 per share. The repurchased shares will be used for the employee stock ownership plan or equity incentives.
