# ST CHALKIS: Sun Lijun resigns as director

On May 26th, \*ST Zhongji announced that the company's board of directors recently received a written resignation letter from director Sun Lijun, who applied to resign from the positions of director and other roles in the company due to work reasons. After resigning, he will no longer hold any position in the company
