FUDAN FORWARD announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Fuhua Park Company, successfully transferred 40.98% of its equity in High-tech Real Estate Company for a price of 9.8089 million yuan. As of the date of this announcement, Fuhua Park Company has received the full payment for this equity transfer. On May 23, 2025, the company learned that the relevant industrial and commercial change registration procedures for this equity transfer by Fuhua Park Company had been completed, and this transaction has been implemented
