According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Guizhou Gas (600903.SH) announced that the company's board of directors elected Mr. Cheng Yuedong as the chairman of the fourth board of directors (legal representative), with a term starting from the date of approval by this board meeting until the end of the term of the fourth board of directors.
