# YUXING plans to transfer 4% equity of Jiangsu Xinyun to Changzhou Xinyun

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, YUXING (300305.SZ) announced that on May 26, 2025, the company signed a "Share Transfer Agreement" with Changzhou Xinyun and jointly signed a "Supplementary Agreement to the Investment Cooperation Agreement" with Changzhou Xinyun and Suwen Electric Power. After friendly consultations among the parties, the company intends to transfer its 4% equity in Jiangsu Xinyun (corresponding to a registered capital of 4 million yuan) to Changzhou Xinyun for a price of 2 million yuan. Suwen Electric Power intends to transfer its 8% equity in Jiangsu Xinyun (corresponding to a registered capital of 8 million yuan) to Changzhou Xinyun for a price of 4 million yuan.

After the completion of this equity transfer, Changzhou Xinyun will hold 52% of the equity in Jiangsu Xinyun (corresponding to a registered capital of 52 million yuan), Suwen Electric Power will hold 32% of the equity in Jiangsu Xinyun (corresponding to a registered capital of 32 million yuan), and the company will hold 16% of the equity in Jiangsu Xinyun (corresponding to a registered capital of 16 million yuan)
