# Ginwa Enterprise's Chairman Slapped With 3.5 Million Yuan Fine on Disclosure Violations

The China Securities Regulatory Commission imposed a fine worth 3.5 million yuan on Ginwa Enterprise Group's chairman for disclosure violations, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Saturday.

The regulator's probe found that Chairman Xing Yajiang failed to promptly report to the company that public security authorities had placed him under residential surveillance between April and July 2024 due to suspected criminal conduct. The matter was only disclosed on August 23, 2024.

The Chinese biomedical products and health care products manufacturer said the matter will not have a material impact on the company's daily operations.

The company's shares closed less than 5% lower.
