# C SUCCESS FIN completed the placement of 77 million shares

According to the announcement from China Financial Development (03623), the placement agent has successfully placed a total of 77 million placement shares to no less than six subscribers in accordance with the terms and conditions of the placement agreement, with a placement price of HKD 0.7 per placement share, which is equivalent to 13.94% of the issued shares immediately before the completion of the placement; and 12.23% of the issued shares after the placement shares are allotted and issued.

The net proceeds from the placement are approximately HKD 53.36 million. The net placement price per placement share is approximately HKD 0.693
