# MALION: Zhang Shengye plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 1% of the company's shares

MALION announced that its shareholder Zhang Shengye, who holds more than 5% of the shares, plans to reduce his holdings in the company through centralized bidding and block trading within three months after the announcement date, starting from 15 trading days later. During any consecutive 90 calendar days, the total number of shares reduced shall not exceed 1% of the company's total share capital
