# MALION shareholder Zhang Shengye plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 3%

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, MALION (300586.SZ) stated that its shareholder Mr. Zhang Shengye plans to reduce his holdings in the company through centralized bidding and block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement. The reduction through centralized bidding will not exceed 1% of the company's total share capital, which is no more than 7.112166 million shares; the reduction through block trading will not exceed 2% of the company's total share capital, which is no more than 14.224332 million shares
