# CHINA EB LTD's subsidiary plans to grant a loan of 400 million yuan

According to the announcement from CHINA EB LTD (00165), on May 26, 2025, Shanghai Angui (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) (as the lender) and EBJB (as the borrower) entered into a second loan agreement, providing a loan amount of RMB 400 million at an annual interest rate of 6.5%; and a second loan accounts receivable pledge agreement was established by (i) EBJB (as the pledgor), (ii) Shanghai Angui (as the pledgee), and (iii) Ruishi Development (Shanghai) (as the company involved under the second loan pledge)
