# MINMETALS LAND: Ernst & Young resigns as independent auditor

> According to the Zhitong Finance APP, MINMETALS LAND announced that Ernst & Young ("EY") will resign as the company's independent auditor, effective at the conclusion of the shareholders' annual meeting held on June 27, 2025 (Friday). Based on the recommendation of the company's audit committee, the board of directors proposes to appoint Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu as the new independent auditor after EY's resignation, which will be finalized upon approval by the company's shareholders at the annual meeting

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, MINMETALS LAND (00230) announced that Ernst & Young ("EY") will resign as the company's independent auditor, effective at the conclusion of the shareholders' annual meeting to be held on June 27, 2025 (Friday).

Upon the recommendation of the company's audit committee, the board of directors proposes to appoint Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu as the new independent auditor of the company after EY's resignation, subject to approval by the company's shareholders at the annual meeting
