# NovelBeam Technology: Shareholder's reduction plan deadline has passed without any reduction

NovelBeam Technology announced that shareholders Puaoda, Jialait, and Ma Min plan to collectively reduce their holdings by no more than 1.2061 million shares through centralized bidding, which does not exceed 1% of the company's total share capital at the time of the reduction plan disclosure. Shareholder Zheng Jinlan plans to reduce the company's shares by no more than 21,000 shares through bidding, which does not exceed 0.0174% of the company's total share capital at the time of the reduction plan disclosure. Shareholder Wang Fanghua plans to reduce the company's shares by no more than 54,500 shares through bidding, which does not exceed 0.0452% of the company's total share capital at the time of the reduction plan disclosure. As of May 26, 2025, the reduction period expires, and all shareholders have not reduced their holdings in the company
