# EMTEK executive Li Guoping plans to reduce holdings of no more than 300,000 shares

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, EMTEK (300938.SZ) announced that Mr. Li Guoping, the company's director and deputy general manager, plans to reduce his holdings in the company through centralized bidding or block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement (from June 18, 2025, to September 17, 2025), with a total reduction not exceeding 300,000 shares (accounting for 0.19% of the total share capital after excluding shares in the repurchase special account)
