# GKCT plans to grant 1.6276 million restricted shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, GKCT (688653.SH) disclosed the draft of the 2025 restricted stock incentive plan, which proposes to grant a total of 1,627,596 restricted shares, with a total of 135 recipients. The grant price is set at 5.81 yuan per share. The validity period of this incentive plan is from the date of granting the restricted shares until all the restricted shares granted to the recipients are fully vested or become invalid, not exceeding 48 months
