# GKCT plans to launch an employee stock ownership plan in 2025, with a total fundraising amount not exceeding 3.307 million yuan

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, GKCT (688653.SH) has disclosed the draft of the 2025 employee stock ownership plan. The total number of employees participating in this employee stock ownership plan will not exceed 33, including 3 directors (excluding independent directors) and no more than 30 other employees. The total amount of funds to be raised for this employee stock ownership plan is not to exceed RMB 3.307 million; the source of the stocks for the employee stock ownership plan will be the company's repurchased A-share common stocks from the dedicated securities account for repurchase, with a total number of shares not exceeding 569,198 shares; the price at which employees will acquire the repurchased stocks is RMB 5.81 per share.

The duration of the employee stock ownership plan is 48 months, calculated from the date when the draft of this employee stock ownership plan is approved by the company's shareholders' meeting and the company announces the transfer of the last targeted stock to the employee stock ownership plan
