# Overview of A-share Stock Buybacks: 24 Companies Disclose Buyback Progress

Wind data shows that on May 27, 24 companies announced a total of 26 stock repurchase-related developments. Among them, 1 company’s shareholders proposed to repurchase company shares, 6 companies disclosed stock repurchase plans for the first time, 2 companies' repurchase plans were approved by the shareholders' meeting, 3 companies disclosed the implementation progress of stock repurchases, and 12 companies have completed their repurchase plans. From the perspective of shareholder-proposed repurchase plans, BANGYAN TECHNOLOGY's shareholders proposed to repurchase no more than 50 million yuan. In terms of first-time disclosed repurchase plans, Hexing, Chuangli Group, and Hongbo Co., Ltd. have the highest proposed repurchase amounts, intending to repurchase no more than 200 million yuan, 11.2534 million yuan, and 7.2105 million yuan, respectively. Regarding repurchase plans approved by the shareholders' meeting, Xindazhou A, Electric Security, and Electric Security plan to repurchase no more than 16.0416 million yuan, 316,600 yuan, and 150,700 yuan, respectively. In terms of repurchase implementation progress, Hanbo High-tech, Xingyuan Materials, and Jereh Co., Ltd. have repurchased 53.8034 million yuan, 25.02 million yuan, and 7.4967 million yuan, respectively. Among those that have completed repurchases, CAPCHEM, xilinmen, and BUCHANG PHARMA have the highest completed repurchase amounts, having repurchased 200 million yuan, 130 million yuan, and 98.0375 million yuan, respectively
