# Eindec Unit to Dispose of Entire Stake in Eindec Shanghai

Eindec subsidiary Eindec Holdings has agreed to dispose of its 100% stake in Eindec Shanghai to Boconomics, a Singapore-based management consultancy services provider, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday.

The disposal will result in net proceeds of SG$608,000, which will be used for working capital, operational costs and to pursue new investment opportunities.
