According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Sichuan Road and Bridge (600039.SH) announced that the company is currently planning to purchase 100% equity of Chengdu Xinzhu Transportation Technology Co., Ltd. held by Chengdu Xinzhu Road and Bridge Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Xinzhu Corporation) and the debts owed to it, either by the company or a designated subsidiary. Xinzhu Corporation is a holding subsidiary of the company's controlling shareholder, Shudao Investment Group Co., Ltd. This transaction is expected to constitute a related party transaction and does not constitute a major asset reorganization
