According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Kingsun Share (002638.SZ) announced that the company recently received a notification letter from Ruizhong Life regarding the completion of its share reduction plan. Ruizhong Life reduced its holdings by a total of 14.2009 million shares through the "Ruizhong Life Insurance Co., Ltd. - Universal Product" account via centralized bidding transactions from April 23, 2025, to May 26, 2025, accounting for 1% of the company's total share capital (after excluding the shares held in the company's repurchase special securities account)
